Tarek is a veteran In Mice tourism for two decades, boasts unparalleled expertise in the Middle Eastern region with a focus on Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Jordan & Egypt. Beyond the Middle East , he has successfully expanded SPICE'S presence to Portugal and France.  With a passion for crafting transformative event experiences, Tarek brings extensive expertise to his role. His journey reflects a commitment to excellence, evident in meticulously planned conferences and innovative incentive programs. Tarek's strategic approach and global collaborations position SPICE as a leader in the MICE industry. His expertise showcases not only professional achievements but also a dedication to pushing the boundaries of corporate events. As the Global MICE Manager, Tarek continues to elevate SPICE  to new heights. 

Sandra completed her master’s degree in management, then worked in the aviation sector with Air France and British Airways for 6 years. 

After that, she decided to pursue a Master's degree in Management of International Tourism (M2) and began her career in event management in Paris with the company '4 roues sous 1 parapluie' as a B2B sales representative. Later in 2020, she joined SPICE Dubai, and has now been working in Egypt as MICE Manager for the destination since June 2023.
