 Driven by a deep passion for the industry, Farshah began his career in the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia, working in the National & International Events Department. This role provided him with invaluable experience in managing both local and international events. Since 2006, he has continued to build his expertise in the MICE sector, working with some of the top Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in Malaysia. His time in the DMC industry further honed his skills in organizing large-scale events, managing complex logistics, and crafting tailored solutions for diverse clients.​

In 2021, Farshah founded Rekacara to help clients navigate the complexities of event management with creativity and precision in Malaysia. His extensive background in tourism and event planning has made him a trusted expert in the MICE industry. With a strong vision for innovation and a commitment to excellence, Farshah leads Rekacara in delivering impactful, memorable experiences that meet the unique needs of clients across Malaysia.​

  With a background working with some of Malaysia’s top Destination Management Companies (DMCs), Helen has developed a deep understanding of organizing and managing high-profile events.
