Athens is one of the most attractive MICE destinations. A vibrant city with a long coastline facing the Saronic Gulf, Athens is a city that fascinates every visitor, during all seasons. 

Mykonos is one of the most famous Greek islands for its cosmopolitan atmosphere; exciting nightlife; picturesque capital town full of whitewashed houses, windmills, blue domed churches, and magnificent sandy beaches. It’s an ideal destination for meetings in stylish hotels overlooking the magnificent sea and for incentives that seek luxury and lifestyle. A private cruise with a state-of-the-art traditional boat to the sacred island of Delos or to Rhenia an uninhabited island opposite Mykonos is where we can organize beach activities or parties and themed beach BBQs, a jeep or vespa safari and paparazzi theme in nightclubs are some of the events we can propose to you.

Santorini with its boutique hotels is an ideal destination for small incentives groups up to 20 people and very small meetings. Its wineries - some of them very traditional; the archaeological sites; private cruises to the volcano & hot springs; and the vibrant nightlife with cozy restaurants right on the Caldera are some of the key elements that can characterize Santorini as an incentive destination. The breathtaking Caldera is the cliff in the half side of the island that proves the missing part of Santorini. The towns of Fira, Imerovigli and Oia are located exactly on the Caldera and share a unique view.

Heraklion is the capital of Crete and one of the Mediterranean region's most fascinating and vibrant cities. It offers a wealth of museums, a summer-long arts festival, historical sightseeing, conference facilities, amazing nightlife and events throughout the year. At the north-west of Crete is located the city of Chania which is one of the most beautiful venetian style ports and among the most traditional cities in Greece, offering great history and cultural heritage. Elounda is a world-renowned resort located in the north-east of the island close to the city of Agios Nikolaos. The small fishing village of Plaka (Lasithi), which overlooks the famous island of Spinalonga the former leper colony and the Kolokitha Peninsula are all close by.

Rhodes is very much a key MICE destination. Its charming old town provides amazing setting for gala dinners where images can be projected onto the ancient walls. The port of Mandraki where you can board sailing yachts for an exciting Regatta race, and the ancient city of Lindos offers its breathtaking Acropolis. Its Convention Centre offers a total capacity of 8,000 delegates and is the largest in Greece, and one of the largest in Europe.

Costa Navarino is the new prime and sustainable destination in the Mediterranean, with a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. Located in the Greek region of Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese facing Ionian Sea. One of the most unspoiled and breathtaking coastal landscapes in the Mediterranean, this area and its people have been shaped by 4,500 years of history. World Heritage sites include Olympia, Mystras, the Temple of Apollo Epicurius, as well as Ancient Messini and the Palace of Nestor.

Ioannina Is the capital of Epirus, a city where history and tradition blends in a mysterious way. Rich heritage characterizes the city with folklore architecture, local traditions and elements from previous centuries. The city is surrounded by impressive mountain landscapes and the Pamvotida Lake, creating an ideal location for nature lovers. Ioannia is a great destination for those who seek adventure and a connection with nature.

Although a fairly new company, Event Makers managed to achieve within a short period of time, recognition and loyalty and as a result developed a portfolio of many key events in Greece. Maria is a veteran of the MICE industry, being a key member for the past 35 years.  Born and studied in Crete she start working in the tourism industry since she was 18 years old. She moved to Germany for a while to gain additional experience and where she was awarded with a scholarship for the Technic University of Berlin.  Her passion for Greece brought her back in 1996 and since then she has lived permanently in Athens. After spending several years in big companies in managerial roles she decided to create her own. So towards the end of 2004 she established Event Makers DMC, and is the sole shareholder and Managing Director.
