Jonathan is the personification of multicultural background. He was born in Spain and grew up with a German father and an Italian mother. During his education he went to Germany to an international university to increase his knowledge. Through all his life he was taught to be sensitive towards cultural differences and can perfectly adapt to everyone. 

As passionate as he is about travelling and experience new cultures, he is about his country “Spain”. Jonathan knows every corner of the mainland and its islands and hence can perfectly promote Spain as the next MICE destination! 

In 2001 Jonathan has joined the family owned DMC RTA Spanish Event & Incentives Organisers, which has been founded by his mother Maria Grazia Dotti and his father, Helmut Schmitt to expand the business and support with his great knowledge. 

Through Jonathan´s multicultural background he can perfectly adapt to different requests and requirements of clients and hence he has been building up a strong reputation amongst both clients and suppliers as a reliable business partners. 

Jonathan leads a 20 members team of full-time, international, experienced and dedicated Project managers who are all striving to create the most memorable experiences for you. With this team, he can cover all Spain with destinations like Madrid, Barcelona, Ibiza, Valencia, Andalusia and the Basque country.
