Tarek is a veteran In Mice tourism for two decades, boasts unparalleled expertise in the Middle Eastern region with a focus on Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Jordan & Egypt. Beyond the Middle East , he has successfully expanded SPICE'S presence to Portugal and France.  With a passion for crafting transformative event experiences, Tarek brings extensive expertise to his role. His journey reflects a commitment to excellence, evident in meticulously planned conferences and innovative incentive programs. Tarek's strategic approach and global collaborations position SPICE as a leader in the MICE industry. His expertise showcases not only professional achievements but also a dedication to pushing the boundaries of corporate events. As the Global MICE Manager, Tarek continues to elevate SPICE  to new heights. 

With 20 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality field, and a specialty in the MICE sector, beginning in Egypt, his experience spawns across a multitude of countries and cultures, now living in Dubai for the past 11 years. As the head of SPICE Arabia’s UAE MICE department, he and his team craft unique ways to see the UAE, constantly thinking outside the box, he and his team are the best at crafting a unique product offering and exclusive experiences.
