The ideal time to visit Jordan is from September to the end of June with the spring months being the best .  In the summer, the desert is very hot but the Red sea Coast's weather is more comfortable.  From December to March, in certain areas, it can be cold and this is the time generally that you get some rain and in some cases snow falls  !!

Tarek is a veteran In Mice tourism for two decades, boasts unparalleled expertise in the Middle Eastern region with a focus on Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Jordan & Egypt. Beyond the Middle East , he has successfully expanded SPICE'S presence to Portugal and France.  With a passion for crafting transformative event experiences, Tarek brings extensive expertise to his role. His journey reflects a commitment to excellence, evident in meticulously planned conferences and innovative incentive programs. Tarek's strategic approach and global collaborations position SPICE as a leader in the MICE industry. His expertise showcases not only professional achievements but also a dedication to pushing the boundaries of corporate events. As the Global MICE Manager, Tarek continues to elevate SPICE  to new heights. 

Justin previously lived his life in Gabon, before continuing his studies in France. Having always been attracted by the discovery of new cultures and immersive experiences. he travelled a lot before discovering the Middle East, which ultimately beguiled him and where he ended up settling. He now takes pleasure in the creation of exceptional events at SPICE, where he has been the MICE Manager since 2021.

Justin enjoys the relational side of our work which allows us to build important relationships with our clients but also with the people he works with on a daily basis. In his free time Justin can often be found in the Wadi Rum desert enjoying an evening with the local Bedouins around the fire, or with my friends on one of the many roof-tops of the city of Amman.
