 Tarek is a veteran In Mice tourism for two decades, boasts unparalleled expertise in the Middle Eastern region with a focus on Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Jordan & Egypt. Beyond the Middle East , he has successfully expanded SPICE'S presence to Portugal and France.  With a passion for crafting transformative event experiences, Tarek brings extensive expertise to his role. His journey reflects a commitment to excellence, evident in meticulously planned conferences and innovative incentive programs. Tarek's strategic approach and global collaborations position SPICE as a leader in the MICE industry. His expertise showcases not only professional achievements but also a dedication to pushing the boundaries of corporate events. As the Global MICE Manager, Tarek continues to elevate SPICE  to new heights. 

Romane, a MICE industry professional since 2019, has always harbored a profound passion for tourism. She joined the company in 2021 as the MICE Project Manager in Oman. After two thriving years and having welcomed more than 2,500 people to the beautiful Sultanate, she returned to France to lead as the Head of the MICE Department at SPICE France.

With extensive on-ground knowledge and an unending curiosity, Romane has evolved into an expert in curating MICE travel experiences filled with significance and emotion. Her goal is to be the behind-the-scenes force that makes the impossible possible.
